Still In Tip Top Condition.
Even though it recommends multiple people for setup it was extremely easy even with one hand! And I love how much care they put into the welding for the pieces because after setup I don't not get ANY creaks and it's so sturdy. The wheels, gas lift, and bottom portion are so we'll manufactured that nothing wobbles or moves about at all. Overall as a gaming chair it gets the job done by keeping me in the most tightest position if I need it to be. If I want to rest and watch a movie/video I strap the pillows on and slant the chair backwards and relax so nicely. This is such a high quality chair for the price good job Desino. (Will update in 1month for durability review)1 Month Update----I like to relax in the Chair so I release the lever and let it lie back about 75° and it has great support (I weigh about 180pds). So far really good although keep in mind that the arm rest are fully plastic and you might want to upgrade those if you use them extensively.

Looks nice, but that's about it
The chair looks nice and is fairly easy to assemble, but it is not comfortable and the chair broke within the first year. For the price, I would recommend you keep looking. There are other chairs out there around the same price that look just as nice and will last longer than this one.

An unfortunate situation resolved with excellent customer service 🙏👍
EDIT: I contacted support and informed them of this issue. Not only am I getting a replacement base, but an additional chair is being shipped along with a partial refund. EXCELLENT customer service from Desino. Amended to 5 stars. The comfort of the chair is pretty nice and overall was easy to put together, but in just two weeks of ownership I've already broken the chair. I scooted forward in the chair to reach my desk and while doing so, the front most wheel shattered from the assembly. It wasn't a large deal of resistance on the wheel because my carpet is quite shear. The other wheels appear to be fine but it does make me wonder how much force it will take to shatter the other ones.

It is nice at first, but not quit to last
I bought this chair over Black Friday and I was excited when I first got it, but over the last two months of daily use the arms rest mounting points have become weak. the screws had to be retightened and keep becoming loose, which will eventually end up causing damage. I am not a small guy (6'2, 240), but I am definitely under the chairs claimed weight limit (300lbs), but the point where the vertical shaft connects to the seat has seemed to not hold it's shape, so the chair slightly tips in all directions that you lean. You can just feel the overall structural quality of the main connecting points of the chair become weak relatively quickly and won't last.

Solid inexpensive gaming chair
I purchased this chair after doing a lot of research on "budget" gaming chairs that still had solid build quality and comfort. Overall, I'm not disappointed. This product is listed twice on Amazon- Once for around $100 but takes two weeks to ship, and another for $160-170 which is prime eligible (this one). I went with the prime one because I had some Amazon credit and am impatient. I'll go over the experience of building as well as my review of the features and comfort level.Packaging and Assembly-The chair was packaged well. It wasn't too heavy and had all the parts well organized. Instructions weren't amazing, but weren't bad either. It took me about ~30 minutes to assemble. The fit and finish of the parts is solid. I'm not expecting Ferrari leather, but the quality of the materials and the fit and finish were all good. The soft parts are soft, and there's no meal bits jabbing me or poking me through the fabric. One of the arm wrests was much more wobbly than the other, however this was easily remedied by tightening the allen keys at the bottom of the arm wrest mechanism.Features-This chair features a leg wrest, reclining function, as well as a "lean" function that most office chairs have. The arm wrests are also decently adjustable and are finished in an "okay-ish" plastic. I'm probably going to purchase some memory foam covers to add to the comfort level. The arm rests are still a little loose, but not so much as to really detract from the sitting experience. The leg rest sucks. It's clunky, a little noisy, and doesn't really support my legs that well. I'm a tall guy, and it's not really long enough to do anything other than be annoying. The reclining function is great and works well. The "lean" function (where you can lean from the base vs reclining the back) is too stiff, even when adjusted to its loosest setting. I feel like this definitely detracts from the leg rest's functionality. I'd appreciate the leg rest more if I could lean back further and have it support my legs while relaxing. I had my girlfriend (who is a foot shorter than me) try the leg rest and it worked better for her.Comfort-I've only had this for a day, so I can't really comment on long term comfort. However, sitting in the chair is comfortable and supportive. I'm a bony dude, and my last chair had 5 layers of memory foam for the butt cushion because my bony posterior often quickly deflated less robust seat cushions. My chair before my last required a pillow in order to keep my bony butt from bottoming out and hitting the wood underneath the cushion. Based on the feel of the butt cushion, I don't think I'll have any issues down the line. Only time will tell. The sitting position is nice and supportive. It encourages me to have better posture, but is also comfy when I want to lean back and relax. The verdict is still out on the two included cushions- one for your head and one for your lumbar. The head/neck pillow is useless to me. It sits too low and is too small and firm to be comfortable. I'm still not decided on the lumbar pillow. It's softer and provides decent support, but I'm having trouble finding the sweet spot. It's also annoying to move around when you switch seating positions from upright to relaxed. However, I'm leaving it on for now and giving it a chance. The chair feels fine without the additional cushions, so no points detracted there. EDIT: I've removed the lumbar pillow and it feels much better.Summary-Pros:-Easy to assemble-Comfortable-Supports good posture-Nice materials-Enjoyable recline function-Inexpensive compared to "premium" gaming chairs that usually run over $400Cons:-Footrest is a joke-Included lumbar and head pillows aren't great-Lean is too stiff, even at loosest settingVerdict-This is a good chair at a solid price. It's not perfect, but QC seems good based on other reviews, and it's good to hear that their customer service is solid. I've looked at other chairs in the price range and those seem to suffer from QC issues and poor materials. I think 4/5 stars is fair here. I'd give it 5 stars if the leaning was easier and if the arm rests had more padding.

Caster mounts snapped after a couple hours of use
The assembly went alright, though the machining was not very precise, for example the legs did not line up perfectly, with the star frame, which made screwing in the bolts tough. The casters were more difficult to insert than other chairs, and I was surprised that the caster mounts were made of metal. I assembled the chair and used it for an evening of gaming. It went alright and the chair was comfortable enough. However the next morning I grabbed a coffee for some morning gaming and when I sat down, two of the caster's snapped off. It turns out that the caster mounts are held to the wheel frame with some shoddy spot welds. I almost lost my coffee. The chair claims to support 300lbs load, but I am nowhere near that; the chair it was replacing, a $60 office depot special rated at 250lbs load, has comfortably held me for years of abuse with a plastic wheel base / caster mounts.Fortunately the warranty is good and there was no hassle in setting up a return for this unit. I want to give Desino the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just a bad unit, however the spot welds that the caster mounts were held to the frame with don't look very strong and I think it's telling that not one but two of the caster mounts snapped off at the same time.
