To start with, I am not really a gamer but do count on computer for a living. Got a nice and comfortable chair at office but think I should get something can cover both working and movie watching/light gaming at home.The chair came fast in a nice and heavy package. Took about 30 minutes to assemble. It was a bit tricky dealing with the parts but manageable.The look of the chair is fine, I got the all black color which is not really gamy/fancy but fits well in a home office environment. The build is also good.Now come to the most important aspect for me, after sitting on it for two days, I start to love how comfortable this chair is, and I definitely feel better support on back and neck, even better than the fancy chair at the office. Strongly recommend if you sit in front of the computer for a long time.

This chair is terrible. It is uncomfortable as hell. The arms rotate for no reason. The material is cheap and very uncomfortable. Just sitting like normal makes my legs fall asleep. The arm rests are tough as hell and cause my arms to fall asleep after 10 minutes. The “leg rest” if you can even call it that doesn’t come out past a normal persons knees. This is by far the worst item I’ve ever gotten from amazon. Did I contact the seller? No! Why? He sold me garbage and unless he’s gonna swap it for some other companies chair he can’t help. This thing is trash and is a 100% rip off.

Although it was full of a large box, it only took me 20 minutes to install it all by myself. And it comes with very useful tools that you don't have to prepare in advance. From the installation process, you will understand that it will be a very durable chair.The pillows and lumbar support played a good role in the hours I sat on it every day. When you lie down and play with your phone, you will know the necessity of the footrest, it is a very practical design.The overall shape is very comfortable, but the most important thing it looks really cool.I think a real gamer should have this chair, this is definitely worth it.

I bought this chair for my husband who is 6ft tall. This chair fits him perfectly, providing great support for the head/neck and lumbar area. He works long hours from home and so far he thinks the chair is very comfortable.The chair came in a big box and with all the tools required for assembly. It took my husband (alone) about 20-30 min to put it together. Over all it was pretty straightforward with good instructions.We are quite happy with this purchase! Highly recommended.

So let me just say this I know I just got it August 1st 2019 but wow I went from a wooden kitchen chair to this and I can say it was definitely worth upgrading to this I searched and searched for a chair and looked at the reviews some where sketchy and some where terrible and I came across this and thought hmm 🤔 is a little sketchy some bad reviews I think a few like 3 or 5 and lost of good reviews so I went with this now let me explain somethingI’m 6foot tall and am very slim I’m 145 and this chair is perfect for me super comfy and softSo now let’s get into so depth details about thisPros1. Nothing was broken2. Supper comfy3. Head rest and back rest4. Very simple to put together5. Direction where simple6. Beautiful looksCons1. The pillows are non adjustable well the back one you can pull up and down but the head rest is loss and sits where it likes to2. The leg rest needs a better indicator on how to instal I talk about it in video3. The gas cover can be better4. 😂 maybe package differently my armrest stabbed through the box5. I’m a little upset but understand why it wasn’t included the picture here show that the arm rest are adjustable mine isn’tBut overall beautiful chair love it and will keep updating!!!! And videos it won’t allow me so I will try something else

The positives are that it is very comfy, it works as advertised, and assembly was simple. However there are some negatives that need addressed. First of all, this chair STINKS. And I mean literally stinks, as in when I opened the box to now as I'm sitting in it over a day later, it smells of a rats nest or a musty barn. I've even scrubbed it down with furniture cleaner three times to no avail. I still get wiffs of this stinky chair. If it doesn't get better in the next week, I might even consider returning it. It smells that bad. Secondly I added a video of the arm rest, which I attached securely to the bottom of the chair, that is very loose and shaky. I found out there are separate screws that attach to the column of the arm rest, but the tool provided does not fit these screws, which are loose. So now I have to find a tool to fit the arm rest so it won't shake anymore.**Update** so I found a tool to fit the loose screws on the arms, one tightened up just fine, but the really shaky side has a screw with stripped threads. It fell right out when I tried to loosen it. Not a super big deal for the price, I just have to go to a hardware store and pick up a new screw.The smell has started to fade as well, although it is still present.
