DILISS Resistance Bands Exercise Loops - Workout Flexbands for Home Fitness

This set comes with five resistance exercise bands. They are made of 100% natural latex and are flexible and extremely strong. Each band has a different resistance level, which is very noticeable. There are so many different ways to use these bands also, for workouts, physical therapy, yoga, pilates, rehab, etc. I have a lot of shoulder problems and using these resistance bands helps me to keep it loosened up and promotes better range of motion. Because they are lightweight and travel well, I can bring them to the office and get in a few quick workouts throughout the day.

I was really excited to receive these resistance bands. After using similar bands in various work out classes, I was happy to have some that I can use at home. These bands are just as expected and they come with a nice pouch that makes is easier to keep up with all of them. I am very pleased with these.

These exercise bands are sturdy enough for 300 pound man to use. My whole family uses it for exercises. So far not have broken. Will recommend.
