I can't say I have tried to remove or damage it but it seems to work much the same as ordinary sealant.I used it around the base of a toilet on a tiled floor.No problems.

Useful for sealing around windows. It also works well around baths etc. has it has a tiny bit of give stopping it pulling away even when wet.Overall.A very good product. I used this around the exterior of my brick shed door frame. Not that anyone will try to pick it out but seemed like a good place to test it and as it doesn't have any sealer around it already, this makes a good strong solution. I'll be testing the fire retardant sealer on the inside of the shed door frame.So far it's all good but it'll be interesting to see how it weathers and if it will shrink or will it crack when the wood shrinks or expands?I'll update this review in the future when it's had a few different temps and weathers thrown at it.

This has worked fine. It is easy to use and seems a bit stronger than some that I have used in the past. I've really used this for fairly light purposes so far. It seems similar in performance to more well known brands.

Fits in a standard gun dispenser thing...(I don't know what they are called lol). Just pop off the end and apply. It's made from Silicon and polyurethane and it definitely does the job. We used it for sealing around or sink.
