I ordered the razor because barber shops are closed due to COVID-19 and because I'm naturally bald on top. I received the razor about 4 days ago and it worked well. The clipper attachment allowed me to shorten the hair on sides + back of my head before shaving down to skin. But 2 issues.1. It wasn't easy to figure out how to open the razor for cleaning. I finally figured it out. (Pull, squeeze, there's a pop, then can open. Middle turns just slightly counter-clockwise and then can be pulled with some effort.)2. The instructions appear to be written by someone who has English as a second language. This makes the instructions more difficult to understand. IMHO, translation to English should be done by a person whose FIRST language is English (as in grew in in an English speaking country) and who also knows the original language. The most glaring is "open the switch" when the writer means to power on the razor. A phrase like "power on" or "turn on" would be far better than "open the switch." Further, in English, "open the switch" would mean to power off the razor. "Close the switch" would power on the razor. it's backwards. This is a common problem with instructions written by a person who has English as a second language.

Just got it and I'm telling everyone how great this thing is. I always buzzed my head with a hair clipper because I never liked the project of getting out the products, wetting my head, lather it up with shaving cream, nick my head, bleed, rinse the blade, clog the drain. All that just to have to do it all over again in a week. I decided to give this a try and it was incredible. I didn't even care if it was a close shave because I knew it'd be closer than the buzzer but it turned out to be super close and I wasn't even trying. I thought it was gonna pull my hair out but I just rubbed my head with it and the hair was cut right to the scalp. Couldn't ask for a better product. Some people that shave with a straight razor may say it doesn't cut as close but it cuts pretty damn close. I'm very impressed and highly recommend. My uncle saw it. He shaves his head with a blade and I showed him how it worked and he ordered one too!

The company is very responsive and sent out a replacement due to a defect in the first one!I’ve had the razor for years now, and while it’s rotary attachment does not work well for me, the nose hair trimmer and other razor work very well. The silicone and bristle brushes last a very long time, and have been very easy to keep clean.I would recommend for all but the rotary blade since it has trouble catching facial hair and does often lead to a pulled hair feeling. But all other features, including very long battery life, quick recharge, and dependability make it a good razor.

My husband has just a little hair on his head so he keeps it shaved. This razor worked really nice. But he also has a trimmed beard, he was always having trouble grooming above and especially under the beard. He was always cutting himself with the regular razor or messing up his beard line. He had previously bought another razor and it did not work very well. . This is perfect. It was easyto use and gave him a nice trim under his beard along with the top of his head. He was very pleased with this item!

Just used it for the first time, and I have to say it works great for shaving your head! My face and neck are a bit to sensitive but for the head its as close a shave as you can get without an actual razor blade!**update** if you ever have any issues at all with this product, do not hesitate to contact customer support. By far the best support team I've ever dealt with!!! They go far above and beyond to help rectify any situation!

I bought this shaver for shaving my head. It's incredibly rough and uncomfortable to use on my head, leaves a lot of irritation on the back of my neck with redness and bumps. The shave is not close at all. Leaves your head rough and spikey. UPDATE:the head broke. Seller promptly replaced. Gonna give it a try and see if it's any better. Will update. UPDATE: I tried the new one. No improvement. In fact, I got different shaver and it has 3 rotary blades and does better than this one. It's also quieter and easier to clean.

Easy to hold . shaves very well. Worth the money I shave my head every other day . I bought this in August 2019 and still kicking. I can't seem to find replacement heads. There are universal ones not sure if they will fit.

It works pretty good but there are a few serious flaws that need to be corrected. (1) Cleaning is nearly impossible, (2) Without a replaceable head or blades you can only toss it when it gets dull, (3) A more intelligent design on the charging plug is needed. A number of newer units have now shown up and I'll be moving on to one of them after this one dulls out, which it is nearly there now ......

The product item has no power, I have a thinning head so not thick hair, the blade got stuck 25% through a shave and the 5 head trimmer would just stop. Had to use a razor to finish 75% of my head, rough.
