(Renewed) DELL Latitude E5440-i5-4 GB-500 GB 14-inch Laptop (4th Gen Core i5/4GB/500GB/Windows 10/Integrated Graphics), Gray

I bought this product on a discount deal in July 2019, unaware of how old this system was. Hence Amazon should rethink on providing the appropriate information of the refurbished products which helps the customer to understand what he/she is buying.In addition, most of the keys in the bottom most line + Enter key are not functional. I did coordinate with RENTOPC for the same and I couriered the Laptop to Delhi from Pune (courrier charges paid by RENTOPC). After I received the (so called repaired) Laptop, I hardly used it for 4 times and the same problem surfaced out. Now I started coordinating with RENTOPC again. This is quite unfortunate that I bought product from Amazon, that hardly performs it's BASIC FUNCTIONS.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished product but as I was low on budget and my work demands me to have a laptop with minimum intel i5 processor, I had to settle for this. But buying this was the best decision I took. The laptop is fast, and I can say that this once was a very costly laptop. The charger has been replaced, the battery is huge, gives a backup of a minimum of 7 hours. The display isn't that great but is pretty good. at Rs 22000, this laptop feels worth twice the price. Due to some update issue, the windows activation key got expired after 6 months, I contacted rentopc, and within 15 minutes the issue was resolved by some extremely supportive technicians. I would recommend this to everyone.

All the features and softwares are there what were advertised. I am using this product for writing, editing and networking purposes. I am find it good.

Stop working within 2 month and will not ask others to buy products from Amazon
