I was excited to receive this tripod based on the positive reviews. I opened the box, then the storage bag, then pulled out the tripod, which had no head attached. I then pulled out the ball head, then the quick release plate, a random rubber washer, a screw with a disc on it, and an allen wrench. They had all been loose in the storage bag banging around. I looked at the quick release plate first, and noticed the screw had been forcefully screwed into it crooked. I checked the rubber washer, and after fitting it against the ball head, the tripod, and everything else, I haven’t figured out where it’s supposed to go.If this came with any directions I may have been able to determine where it was supposed to go.The screw with the disc on it goes into the tripod fine, and the top of the screw goes into the ball head fine. not sure if it’s right side up or if it even matters. I assumed the rubber washer would fit here somewhere. But it is too big to fit against the disc and the tripod.The quick release plate is a mess. The crooked screw is forced in there so tightly I’m scared to remove it, fearing I will damage it further.I still have no idea where the rubber washer belongs.I can only assume this was a customer return to Amazon. Everything was taken apart and clearly just tossed in the storage bag. There was no instruction or assembly booklet.The tripod legs went down fine, and seem to click into place well. The tripod feels sturdy. I’m not accepting someone else’s messed up return, or possibly a new tripod with this level of poor assembly/quality control. Especially with a quick release plate that is useless, and a rubber gasket that probably goes somewhere, but who knows where.My tripod choice was between this one and one other. I obviously choose the wrong one.Update: I also just realized (looking at other Amazon review photos) that there should be a little Allen wrench holder on one of the tripod legs. Nope. Missing that.

I will have to buy a different tripod for photography. I have a DSLR, with basic lenses, light weight relatively speaking. The attachment foot is not quick release. The bigger problem is it does not hold on to the foot, and my camera would've fallen off if I hadn't been hanging on. The foot doesn't stay screwed in and turns off you attempt vertical. The knobs are difficult to access. I tried the hiking stick, it was fine but a pain to detach, and was the main reason I bought this. I didn't get to try it right away because I was ill, or I would have returned it and asked for my money back. the hook for bag, weight is a nice idea, but the slightest wind and i might as well hold the camera myself, there's no stability. The only saving grace is the cell phone holder. Shortly after I bought this, quarantine hit, and video chatting took off. The cell phone holder allows me to video chat easily from whatever seat I choose. Unfortunately, now it's completely useless because I misplaced the cell phone holder on a photo trip, it fell out of the bag (which should be biggger, should be big enough to fit it without reversing the legs). I would not recommend this product for outdoor photography, unless you only use your cell phone or extremely light weight point and shoot camera.

Overall it's an easy to use an fairly inexpensive ball-head tripod that I purchased as my cheap pan and tilt tripod can be hard to adjust precisely when zoomed in on something. The only downside is that I doesn't come with more than one quick release plate and there is no option to purchase extras. A strange issue that I had when I got it was that there was an o-ring where the ball head mount screwed into the tripod. I simply removed the o-ring and have noticed no side-effects from doing so.

I couldn’t be more happy with this tripod. It was so worth the money. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Great value for its quality. Lightweight and very compact tripod, very convenient for those why travels a lot. It comes with a bag. Works great for inside and outside photography. Very stable even if it's windy.

It's a bit heavy but personally I think that's a good thing. I've never owned one like this before but I must admit it's a very great alternative in case you can't afford the professional ones.

I recently purchased a much more expensive tripod, and this one is equally, or better made than the expensive one.

写真偶に撮りますが、一眼レンズが重いので、5000円前後のものはあんまり耐えられないです。今回、こちらを購入したが、ガッツリしてますので、丈夫そうです！いい買い物でした！

とても安定感があります。最初、どのつまみがどこを閉めるのかと迷ったりしましたが急いでなければ問題ないでしょう。値段の割にいい商品だと思います。
