No return if you do not like it for renewed items
Very very bulky laptop. Only tempted because of i7 processor. Lot of scratches are there. Do not buy renewed products especially in AMAZON because they won't accept any returns unless there is a damage.

Recd today. Good keyboard travel/feedback. cosmetics could have been better (Nothing major, only silver paint at places not perfect). BUT the LCD display has a big play & so will present real difficulties for using it during travel especially when via road. I will try get this fixed & also have yet to try to buy 2 years extended warranty so will share feedback again. Have to yet check the performance specs especially the 10X SSD speed etc.In Conclusion. Real value 4 Money deal. Hope & Pray the UsedYetNew Business grows & grows & look forward to the next deal.

First of all its look like new. and performance as promised. all parts are okay except battery that's why I give 4 star.Battery for an old laptop might be an issue but mine give maximum 20 min backup with brightness and power mode as low as possible.

Laptop received in great condition! Bought a refurbished version, so it does look a little old, but that's fine. Slight heating issue present. Otherwise, the laptop is fast and delivers quality performance.
