I remember the original story from when I was kid. This will be going in my 4 years old xmas Eve box hope it loves as much as I did. Came still in plastic but opened to check as seen some reviews stating things were missing but it’s in perfection condition no issues

What a lovely book! By far the best book I've ever bought, I couldn't wait to read it, so as my little boy went for a nap I quickly had a read. It's so beautifully written with rhymes and little envelopes for you to explore with your child, hopefully it withstands my toddler as It's definitely a book I would like to keep and pass through generations. If you decide to purchase today you won't be disappointed. Definitelyworth the 5 stars!!

i have such nostalgia reading this book which I used to read to my little sister as a child. The Jolly Christmas postman inspires those festive feelings. I have put it in my daughters santa sack and cannot wait to read it to her. The illustrations etc are lovely and I highly recommend. The price was very reasonable as it is considerably more on the high street and not that easy to find.

The book was still sealed up so arrived in perfect condition and all items inside were still there. After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried something might be missing but all was correct. Lovely story and great to see different things in the envelopes eg,. puzzel, card or little magazine. The illustrations are great too.

And now I have the joy of buying it for my 3 year old niece, before. The details in the drawings are amazing and I loved rereading the story, remembering all the puzzles and booklets. I'm told that this is my nieces favourite book at the moment, she loves to open all the envelopes. I was worried that it would be a bit young for her 5 year old brother but he seems to really enjoy it too and now he is reading he helps to read the words, it's so different to any other book.
