Kickstand works in landscape mode. It is close enough to the bottom of the phone that you can get it to work in portrait mode as well if you bend the hinge past its natural stopping point. The case adds substantial thickness to the phone yet almost none of that thickness is on the screen side. I think if I were to add a screen protector, it would be flush with the rubber of the case. So the case doesn't do much to protect from drops where the phone lands face down.The weirdest thing about this case is that it is painted. This must be the first black plastic item I have owned that is not made out of black plastic. It is made out of white plastic that has been painted black. Paint is starting to chip off.

So this is just ok. Main reason is that the kickstand is pretty weak and easily overextends so the viewing angle is really flat. It feels like the kickstand will break any day now even trying to be gentle with it. Aside from the kickstand the case is pretty good. It's thick in the back but still wirelessly charges. I'd say the only other downfall is there's not really a lip on the front of the phone to help protect the screen if it falls, the case is flush with the screen so if it falls the screen will touch the ground. The card slot holds the card somewhat tight but not too tight, the card will slide out if bumped a few times. Not bad for a super cheap case but not the best either.

On the surface, this case has everything, a pocket, a stand and it is pretty durable.However, the stand is very flimsy (I hesitate to even use it because it will easily snap off), using the back fingerprint sensor isn't so easy and the biggest problem is that the charger does not really fit into the bottom hole so that I have to take it out of the case in order to charge it. I don't have wireless charging (which might solve that problem), so I am going to have to return it.Good case for the money, but some serious flaws.

Earphone jack hole was not big enough so I had to whittle it out with a knife. Kickstand it's kind of flimsy. While trying to read pulse the finger placement is very awkward and takes several tries. Pluses are... it has saved my phone from a few drops and the card cubby is nice for business cards but I don't think I would put my credit cards in there.

like the case and that it holds a card. cute colors. kickstand required fingernail to get to pop out and today it broke. i had my other case for over a year before the kickstand broke. other wise good case. dropped the phone a couple times and it protected well

Looks good stand a bit flimsy

Case was nice when new. Within the 2 months I've had it, now it looks like crap. Chipped and scratched everywhere. I've had cases that dont look this bad in over a year. Also, the kickstand is flimsy and after a few uses, do not stay locked into the case and protrudes out of the case all on its own.

The kickstand is too weak to hold a note 9!!!The edge DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR SCREEN if you accidentally drop it! I've never cracked my screen before this stupid case came into my life!!The slide for the cards is not slick, it takes multiple attempts to open the slide. It scratches easily too. Uh huge and costly repairs with this case!! Do not recommend!!
