I am very happy my doctor recommended this supplement to me for hot flashes. I was skeptical - I had tried a couple of other supplements and so was not optimistic. He said he would put me on HRT if it did not work, but wanted me to try this first. The first couple of days after I was on it the hot flashes got worse (like hourly) - but then after about 2 weeks - they have completely stopped. I have been on it a month now and am thrilled with the results.update: have been on it 3 months now and am amazed and impressed it was able to stop my hot flashes. And I had very, very low expectations when my doctor recommended it. It is really a wonderful product. No other side effects for me - and I am someone who is prone to headaches - but this doesn't cause any negative side effects for me.15 month update: Estrovera is still working very well for me (stopping my hot flashes) with no negative side effects at all. Before Estrovera, I had tried black cahosh, soy, and chaste tree - and none of these worked at all for me. Again though- it took about 2 weeks to work on me - so please keep that in mind if you try it. Before the 2 week mark - my hot flashes got a lot worse before they stopped altogether - almost like magic. I just couldn't believe it worked so well for me and wanted others to know about this product.

I've been taking it for about a week now and I've had a SIGNIFICANT difference in my night sweats. Prior to staring Estrovera, I was waking up multiple times overnight and would have to change clothes and lay down a towel due to laying in a puddle of sweat. I'm only 35 but my mother and grandmother also entered perimenopause early. I've still been having pretty serious mood swings but I'm hoping that will improve the longer I'm taking it.The only down-side so far is serious bloating and gas. From what I've read, this should also get better as time goes on. I'll come back and update in a few months.

For the last two- three years I have experienced the extreme hot flashes (in intensity and frequency). The worst part of it was at night when I had a feeling I’m sleeping in a paddle of my own sweat. I purchased Estrovera four weeks ago recommended by my family physician. I was sceptic because nothing I’ve tried so far didn’t work. After I took the first Estrovera pill I felt some relief. After about two weeks of taking Estrovera my hot flashes become 60 % less in intensity and frequency. Now, I am in the fourth week of taking it and I can say that this product works. I sleep through the night and don’t sweat like before. Once in a while during the day I still feel a little bit hot but this is nothing to compare to what I have experienced before I took Estrovera. I highly recommend this product.

I actually do think that my horrible sweating is improving and will stick with it!

I was recommended this to take for my hot flashes. So far it seems to be helping a lot! We are just now getting into TX summer, but I haven't felt that miserable internal overheating that I have felt in the past. If you are on the fence, I say give it a try!! It is definitely working for me.

Works great for hot flashes

This product seemed to mess with my hormones in a very negative way. At first, I was pleased that it seemed to eliminate feeling hot at night. I do not have night sweats but felt uncomfortably hot around my lower back at times, enough to be disruptive. But any relief was replaced with extreme mood issues, feeling hopeless about life, and very depressed. I found myself crying daily and unable to reason my way out of it. I also felt like I could sleep all day and got very little accomplished with work, or with my exercise. Due to the extreme fatigue, my appetite spiked in an attempt to compensate for the resultant lack of energy, which led to a fat-looking midsection. What a nightmare this all was. I stopped it and am now back to my normal diet and exercise routine. But I will also add, when I stopped it, I got one of the worst periods I have experienced in years. Whatever is in this, who knows what the true extent of effects it is having on your body and the delicate hormonal balance in each of us. I know we are all eager for relief but for me, this was not the solution. I am sticking to natural ways to cope with this time of life, and I would strongly warn against this product.

I got these because they are supposed to help with vaginitis, but they upset my stomach pretty soon after taking them. I thought they were to expensive, but I thought maybe they would work. To top it off Amazon no longer gives refunds for any kind of medicine like this. If you have a sensitive stomach don’t waste your money
