This did not work for my application. It seem like it was well enough made,the problem as I started to cut foam the blade gets red hot and then distorts and the blade goes wherever it wants to didn’t use it for five minutes so I boxed it back up and returned it.

More like hot vapors in you're lungs.....save you're time save you're money....save you're lungs.... this product was suppose to be easy... zip zip.... just buy a professional foam cutting knife ....more control easier clean up no smell cheaper ....should I continue...

I'm not sure I can write enough good things about this tool. I'm so glad that I spent the money to buy something that was worth what this one's worth I made approximately a hundred of these taper cuts with the large gouge tool and I had no problems. I set the heat at about mid way. Pull the trigger until the blade heats up and starts cutting the material then release the trigger. Move the blade until you feel resistance, pull the trigger again and repeat. It works great. You have to go slow it's not a saw.

Still learning how to adjust the temp but it went through a 4” memory foam mattress with no problem. Two dozen cuts and still working.

I bought this cutter to do my DIY job and it works great!I used it cut many different shapes successfully and it does what i need it to do!Recommend!

The foam cutter is a great working tool and arrvied on time and worked as advertised.
