Unfortunately I received a damaged product, the tip was broken and stuck inside the cap. This product was NOT elegible for a refund or exchange so you really get what you get. I was disappointed because I have never had this kind of issue with a package from amazon. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️Now, about the product: it is very PIGMENTED.I ordered the shade "1950" and I really liked it!Definitely NOT smudge proof but very easy to apply and also buildable. I applied 2 coats and it was great .

My daughter,7, is obsessed w lipstick but she’sa kid like a crazy kid lol and she gets upset when her lipstick smudges and wipes off so easily, this lipstick is extremely smooth and easy to put on, it stays good, but also washable which is huge for me, and doesn’t smudge as easily as her others, if we ever get lipstick again it will be this brand it’s just so smooth and easy to apply it feels good on not sticky not waxy just nice

This is absolutely the best formula I have ever put on my lips. I only wear matte lipsticks and we all know they can be a bit drying but this one is NOT at all. It's super creamy and dries down smooth without that cakey feeling. Obviously if you're eating or whatever throughout the day it will smudge a bit, but just barely. It lasts an entire work day for me. I'm about to buy every damn color it comes in lol. If you're on the fence, BUY IT you won't regret it. Stay bossy ladies!

I read some reviews for this product claiming that it had just as much longevity and was just as smudge-proof as liquid matte lipsticks. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. This product is less drying, which I appreciate, but that means less adherence to the lips. It rubbed off on coffee cups and other glasses when I wasn't near anything remotely greasy. I applied it as I would lipstick so perhaps the application is the issue for me?Either way I like the product, and it falls somewhere between liquid matte lipsticks and normal lipsticks in terms of longevity and being smudge-proof. The color is also gorgeous!

I bought this to try when it was on sale for cyber Monday, and I'm happy I did! I purchased the color 1950, a red shade, and I love how it looks. The color goes on smooth, almost too smooth as it is a creamy texture and can get a little messy, and it dries down to a pretty matte finish that isn't too dry. I would recommend using a lip liner with this lipstick - I noticed it had the tendency to feather on the edges of my lips. Overall, I really like this lipstick and will consider buying other colors.

I got the 1950 for my partner for Valentine’s Day. She couldn’t say enough good things about it. She said “it is the perfect red lip stick.” She normally uses a lip stain, I previously bought a lip stick from YSL and she found that it needed too much re-application to maintain the color and had more of a tendency to smudge. This stayed on throughout a 4 course meal in perfect condition, didn’t smudge at all or get on her teeth. The color is stunning. Will definitely be coming back to purchase more.

This is how I received the product. I opened it and because it was off-center, it smeared some on the inside of the cap. It looks like it melted in storage or something. I am a little afraid to use because I feel like it might break off at the tip. For the price, it should have come pristine. Will update on the color if I can apply it well.Update!I am returning the damaged one and have received a new one that is exactly like the picture - no damage. The color (1950) is gorgeous and looks like it will last a while. It glides right on. Definitely upping my review.

Color won't budge unless you eat something greasy and they don't dry out your lips. Feels like your not wearing anything. Highly recommend this product.

This is one of the best lipsticks I have ever used. I have a large collection of lipsticks as a makeup artist so i have tried my fair share of matte lipsticks and this hands down is up there as a favourite. It stayed on all day, wasn’t drying at all on my lips, and applied very smoothly. And as a fan of pin up/vintage styles and makeup the shade 1950 is a dream

PROS+ The shade of red (1950 - Pure Red) I ordered is very flattering and evokes a vintage glamour vibe, similar to that rocked by Dita Von Teese and pinups of the mid 20th century+ The crayon has a tipped "head," so it's easy to outline your lips before filling them in+ Feels nice and creamy while applying, but "dries" to a matte finish+ Good staying powerCONS- Will need to be reapplied throughout the day, as its staying power isn't infallible- A bit drying, so if your lips are feeling chapped, this might not be the best option for the day- You can't sharpen it, as it's basically the same texture as a lipstick rather than a pencil, so you'll have to be mindful of blunting the pencil-shaped end with each use
