I've taken omega 3 supplements for years, including this company's fish oil based ones. Tried this algae based one, and they have a rancid 'fishy' smell and taste that stays for ages after taking it. After taking it for two days, the rest is going in the bin, as it's unbearable. To be fair, AAVALABS refunded the cost, but I'll avoid this supplement from now on.

These vitamins were just what I was looking for, to me they are tasteless and easy to swallow. They’re expensive but it’s worth spending money on your health. Love that they’re vegan and have just ordered my 2nd order.

I bought these as the actual fish oils can contain less Omega 3 and often have heavy metals in them. Really pleased with these capsules, easy to swallow, no taste, soft shell and no aftertaste. The only downside is you need to take four a day, so a bottle doesn't last very long. Luckily I bought three as they were on offer!

Having taken flaxseed for some time under the impression that it was providing vegetarian/vegan omega three goodness, I did some reading and concluded that based on the latest evidence because of conversion problems, it’s more optimal to take this. Even though it’s vastly more expensive than flax it actually works out cheaper with far less capsules to take for the actual same ultimate benefit to health. I am not taking four-a-day though. I think for the majority of customers two-a-day would be in line with the studies on its cardiovascular and neurological benefits. Some people with certain health conditions may want to take more. This is the best value algae oil I’ve been able to find. They don’t taste of anything and they are tiny and easy to swallow. 😊

More able to think clearly and the algae based capsules are very palatable (I am a vegetarian who has never eaten fish or meat in my life who abhors the smell of them). I am relieved to have such a potent source of omega 3 without needing to resort to a fishy alternative. From what I have read, algae is where the fish get the omega 3 in the first place so it makes sense to get this particular nutrient directly from the original source.

Bought these for one of our daughter's, she couldn't take them as they tasted disgusting. So I thought, I'll use them instead of my usual brand (which were out of stock, hence buying these). They do taste of seaweed, and keep coming back on me, too. Cannot recommend to anyone.

Arrived very quickly, extremely good quality product, and value for money as you get a huge supply so you don't have to worry about constantly running out.
