Tap Valves Cartridge Kitchen Bath Quarter Turn 1/2 Inch SP3561 28 Splines 53mm Brass

Easy to fit. Didn’t know which valve was leaking. I tried replacing the rubber washer but that failed. These sorted out the constant drip.

Great fitting was easy

These are reasonable quality tap cartridges. The look like fair value for money, but they were not suitable for my tap so I had to return them. The item description needs more detailed dimensions to be provided.I bought these hoping they would fit my Blanco kitchen tap. The Blanco has 28 spline cartridges, and by the two other dimensions given in the description (e.g. 53mm tall) it looked like they might be suitable replacements. As they are cheaper than official Blanco replacements I thought I would give them a try. However when I came to fit I found two problems:1) the spindle has a wide 'shoulder' just below the splines and these prevented the tap handle from fitting properly2) the splines diameter is a little smaller than the original part meaning the handle would wobble a little

Good price and do a great job. Just be careful to make sure that the number of splines is correct as there are so many variations, but if that has been done, these are excellent value.

Product performs perfectly but didn’t come with screws as advertised in the listing, leaving me with the frustrating job of working out the right size and hunting them down myself.

Having put up with a tap dripping very slowly for some time, it became obvious that I'd got to replace it.I had been warned to make sure I counted the spines carefully to get the correct fitting cartridges, so I ordered them and couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. Fitting them was a doddle, especially as the kit thoughtfully included the correct size allen key to release the tap handle. So, water off, handle released with allen key, socket spanner to undo the cartridge and the new one installed and water back on. Dead easy!

Bought this for a leaking Michel Roux Auxerre kitchen tap. The instructions give SP3561 as the part number for the cartridge, so I felt confident in going for these, which are significantly cheaper than others listed as specific for my tap. Unfortunately, although overall dimensions are correct, there are subtle differences in the length of the knurled spindle which means the handle tends to slip (original on the left in photo). I have no problems with the quality of this item, which is good, but recommend you check all dimensions against the original as much as you can.
