This is a fine flake salt! We use it on literally everything! It adds depth versus that saltiness that just stings your tongue. The flake size varies and sometimes you'll see fully formed square crystal structures which is pretty cool. But of course you can crunch it up and your hand before you add it to whatever you're serving!We highly recommend the smoked salt version of theirs as well! It's excellent on many things and in many recipes. We even sprinkle it hard boiled eggs, yum!
