The fact is no one is responsible for the product quality. The company name is printed on a label that was affixed to the plastic bag that contains the helmet.XARAZA is not a company that made this helmet. It is more like a seller who bought it cheap from unknown a manufacture and resell it.I rather buy a helmet that is shipped and sold by Amazon that carries a brand name. Can't say much about the product quality until I put it in a test. If I tested it, it would be damaged.In the contrary, the helmet look perfectly fine. The materials looks the same with the helmet I bought from Amazon. But I can't say about it quality until I test it.If you don't really care about what company made this helmet or its durability, you can buy it the price. The seller shipped fast and product arrived fast without damages.

This is a decent helmet at a decent price. It fits an adult head well. However, I deducted a star for the lack of truth in advertising: I expected a yellow helmet with a yellow visor. I got a yellow helmet with a black visor. I wouldn't have purchased this item if I'd known I was going to get a black visor. I was looking for all yellow. While I did paint the visor, it doesn't match the helmet, and paint can always flake or chip off, whereas if it had been molded of yellow plastic, it would last longer and match better. Returning the item would have been a hassle, so I kept it.If these things don't matter to you, then I would say go ahead and purchase. You will get a decent helmet at a decent price.

Although this item is cheap, it does not serve a purpose if it does not fit on your head. This item shipped quicker than expected. The straps are thin and flimsy, the outer shell feels like a plastic fireman’s Children’s hat.

Seems to have multiple adjustments for a good fit. Good colors. I have no idea how it holds up in an actual crash but it seems to be of reasonable quality.

Nice lightwieght helmet for summer riding, has plenty of vents and is highly visable.

Very easy to put on and adjust, comes with a detachable shade for the front. It’s very light weight, good air flow, great value for the money, just not the most comfortable helmet I’ve ever worn.

About what you would expect in this price point. I got it to match my new orange bike for photos. I don’t think I’d wear it riding.
