I ordered these in 2020 and used them for 5 years. They work perfectly well for my cooking needs. One of the turners had the silicone break on a corner. I filled out the warranty form and sent in a photo and had a replacement sent out within 2 days. Excellent company with great products for cooking and good customer service. I will definitely purchase cooking products from them.

I just purchased this spatula after other spatula which I bought in January of 2023 had gotten a rip in it. I was not aware that there was a life time warranty on the product. So I contacted the manufacturer . They responded immediately and told me they are sending me a new one within the next couple of days. I like doing business withe a company that stands by their product. I recommend them highly. They have a good quality product at a reasonable price.

I purchased a Di Oro spatula in 2020, and while I loved using it, the silicone edge started to tear after some time. I contacted the company, and they promptly sent me a replacement spatula at no cost. Their customer service was excellent, and I'm very satisfied with the product and their support.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This spatula is replacing an identical one that I have used for many years. It was just tired. This company is so good about standing behind their products. I now have two because I pursued replacing the tired one and they replaced it instantly. They stood behind their life time warranty. I only use Di Oro kitchen tools.

I like the spatula a lot, especially with my ceramic skillet, but after a couple years of use the silicone cracked near one of the front corners. I submitted a warranty claim on their website and they emailed me back within a couple of days asking for a photo of the damage and my Amazon order number. I emailed that back and they shipped a new replacement right away, no hassle at all.

This spatula works wonderfully. The customer service was unbelievable when it developed a tear 2 years after purchase. I went to their website and easily submitted a claim. New one arrived within 3 days!!! Amazing!!!

Left a silicone taste on the food we cooked. After using for 3 years and only handwashing, the silicone broke, scratching our new ceramic nonstick pans.
