No I would not recommend this for use as ram. Flash memory is fragile in the respect that it only can handle so many read write cycles before it degrades. I would use ram that is for that purpose anything else would not work well

Be sure to verify or update your Nintendo Wii console menu to 4.0 as well, or else I fear you will be stuck using SD and miniSD memory cards (or I believe anyways).
