Not for me, but might work for you!
If you have thick hair I wouldn’t recommend this. It gave me smaller waves and more of a crimped looked instead of the waves it advertised. I also burned my hands and hair a lot because it doesn’t open very wide so I had to do very small sections which requires different levels of heat. Moreover, the on/off button is in a very inconvenient spot which makes it too easy to accidentally turn off while using. I clicked the off button by mistake 11 times and it was frustrating. I feel like this would be better if it had an on/off switch. It’s very pretty and sturdy, it’s not too bulky and will definitely do a great job on thinner hair, but not mine. It fried it... I don’t think the temperature gage is calibrated correctly.
