This works great to crush up my fur babies med to put in her food. She always manages to spit the pill out and fights to take it, but not when its powder and mixed in with wet food.

🥰 I love the size! This is perfect for my needs - a good ease of use and value for money. I recently had a compounded ointment prescription filled and it’s too gritty. I just received this today. I’m about to wash it because the inside bowl and pestle are unfinished for complete grinding (functionality). I will use it mostly for ointment but on occasion use it to crush pills for easier absorption. It’s real granite. I own two other mortar/pestle sets and this is just perfect for meds.

Just what I was looking for. Works perfectly For crushing pills for my kitties so I can mix in with their food. Good weight to it but not overly heavy. Perfect size.

Takes a bit to crush, but it is a cute gift.
