Poor product. Bad customer service.
An ultrasonic cleaner needs to produce ultrasonic waves. This one does not and the company is jerking me around with the warranty replacement. I've just notified them they have 1 more day to resolve this or I'll file chargeback with my bank.

Seems to work well for firearm components, like rifle bolts and pistol components
I used this to clean AR15 and other roller block bolts, along with pistol barrels and buffer parts. I cleaned at hot temperature ad with a added solution, and the parts came out clean. Hard carbon still needed a little work, but little more than a wipe. Blowing off and wiping warm parts may be adequate for drying, but I just put them in the oven to ensure everything was completely dry to be sure. I did not try on any poly components. It would be awesome if one was made that was tall and narrow, to dunk an AR15 upper, as that is a drag to clean.
