One of the best product for vitamin k2
I started taking Vitamin K2 after I read an article explaining its many benefits. I assumed because I eat lot of green, leafy vegetables I was getting a lot of vitamin K. but as K1, not K2. While K1 has blood-clotting benefits in the body, it is K2 that has other, important benefits like strengthening bones and preventing arterial plaque from building up in the arteries.

No difference in skin, hair or joint health
No discernible difference. I suppose Vitamin K2 is only effective from natural sources.
