Q: My gopher pro is locked and i can't un lock it. How do i unlock it?

One thing the other answers don't tell you is that there is a small peg at the end of the arm. It hooks into the side of the handle and may be a bit stiff when new. If the lock/unlock button at the hinge is in the unlocked position, just pull outward at the peg. The packaging should mention this, but the diagrams do not even show the peg.
