Superior Quality
I have been taking this every month since the spring of 2018. The dosage is two or three times a day. I do notice a difference in how my body feels when I take three. I feel better. I've compared the ingredients with other brands and this has superior quality.

Anytime you are taking a supplement, you should be looking for a few things. Are the manufacturer and the seller one and the same? GOODIs the product packaged in an easilyIdentifiable tamper proof seal. GOOD If really conscience, it will have 2 seals. One external and one internal. BESTIs the product packaged in an amber or blue bottle? GOODSince Amazon rejected some of my reviews when I addressed the health benefits and Ingredients before, I will simply quote from the seller:"Astaxanthin Complex with Lutein and Zeaxanthin, Natural Algae Antioxidant for Eyes, Skin & Joints"I'll finish by saying that It does everything it says it does.
