This was easy to install, replaced the old failing one. Chair is like new.

In fact, I took the chance and ordered three (3) of the items because I own three bar stools. The parts came and were a perfect fit. I now have three "like brand new" stools because of the purchase. We love our 25 year-old bar stools and after searching for hours on the web and in stores we had given up on finding similar stools.The wife found a local upholsterer who would resurface them at a reasonable price, but the swivels have been in bad shape for years, and it was difficult to justify the expense when the swivels were crap.It was hard to find the right swivels but these are exact replacements and we are very happy campers. Like new favorite stools!I feel like a fool for not researching swivels years ago.
