Great features on this bottle that can be compared to some more expensive brands. Good quality and materials that have a premium feel. The flip top works well, and the locking latch is a nice feature. The strap is the perfect size for me and allows you to slip it onto your arm while carrying other items. Yes, the black color does make a little harder to see the amount of water left, but I certainly expected that. It doesn't take much to hold it up to the light and see the level. If you are really concerned about this, you might want to pick a different color. One criticism that might be pointed out is that the time marker goes from 11am to 12am to 1pm (you can see in my photo, but also in vendor product photos). It certainly can be indicative of a typical China made product, and many times this lack of attention to detail means that other features may have questionable quality. Overall, I would say this is not the case here. It certainly seems like a well designed and quality product for the price.

I've bought water bottles from Embrava before and they've last me quite sometime between replacements.This bottle is good but sometimes I have to screw the cap on really hard so it won't leak.The edge of the cap comes in contact with the ring when you pulling the ring up.The coating on it is not as resistant so the bottle is starting to peel. I had an older bottle but the coating was not like this one and it didn't peel off.It's good that the strap has been updated to be part detachable.Bottle is easy to carry and fill, although, next time I'll try a bigger one.

I love a water bottle that I can open and shut quickly with one hand, but I don’t like ones that have the soft mouth that is hard to thoroughly clean. This one is so easy to open and clean, and it has an additional latch to keep the lid closed to avoid accidentally pressing the open button. I also love that it has a cloth strap instead of a plastic one, so I can hang it from my wrist on a walk or clip it to my belt without discomfort. I’ve dropped it many times and scuffed the outside a bit, and I cracked part of the latch, but it still closes and stay closed, and the bottle hasn’t lost its integrity. I’ve been using this brand for years and have seen several cheaper copy-cat brands spring up recently that look the same, but when I tried a cheaper one, I found that it added a plastic taste to my water, so I switched back to Embrava.
