Good Customer response and good product
I am blown away by this product and company. I bought this product from Amazon and when I received it, a part was broken. the product was still usable and it actually works great, it charges fast, keep the phone cool. I sent an email to let them know about the broken product, for design purposes, and also I was looking for an S9 case. I recieved a call back within an hour from Mark at XVIDA, who reviewed my concerns and explained that sometimes, when purchasing through Amazon, you might be getting a return from someone else (Don't we all know that!!)In any case, Mark offered to send some things tomake things right and I suspect I will be an XVIDA customer for life. Try it, its worth it.Thanks Mark!!
