I actually received the package back in March. Everything that was pictured was included. The only major problem i ran into was opening the holes in the big "30" balloons when i was trying to get them blown up at my local Party City store. We spent quite some time trying to peel the flap open without tearing and ruining it. Other than that, the bouquet came out beautiful with the black and grey balloons around it and my bestie loved them!! Sidenote that im just noticing, the "dirty thirty" banner is actually one long banner.. not 2 separate words like its pictured.

The numbers are HUUUUGE which I wasn't expecting but was excited for, however, after paying $10 to have them blown up with helium, they deflated within 30 minutes after getting them home. I saw this was an issue with several reviewers but I ignored the negatives, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

love love love this .. the decorations were perfect and just enough for a 20 person party .. also the 30 balloons are giant .. doesn't come with balloon string tho so I would suggest picking those up

Great quality and fast shipping! I will be recommending this company and their party supplies to all of my friends for their party needs. The spiral streamers and banner were both PERFECT! Great quality and looked fantastic! However, I took the 2 foil balloons to the store to have them filled with Helium and the 3 balloon ripped with the very slightest of tugs when I was trying to get it out of the car. :( Very disappointed in the quality of the foil balloons but otherwise happy with the product.

The 3 balloon came with a same hole. The 0 balloon popped shortly after it was inflated while floating on a weight in the center of the room. 3 of the silver and black balloons popped before they even got into the door. It was pretty embarrassing for the party planner, me. I would spend the extra dollar and go to a local party city.

the quality was really poor, upsetting that they are allowed to keep selling. did not stay up with helium. #3 ripped before I could even put air in it. Not worth your money.

Bought this for my daughter to use at her husband’s party. The inflatable “0” seam split and could not be inflated for the party. Unfortunately this was found just before the surprise party. Not the best quality.

Not worth the price. The banner is super high quality but the pack of 12 balloons had only one that could be blown up (the rest had tiny holes) and the tin foil balloons had been sown/stuck together in a way that could not be released without tearing or looking funny when blown up. The foil balloons felt like they were high quality but as stated were unable to be blown up with the way they were stuck together. I don't know why it was so poor however they did come in time for the suprise.

The banner was nice, but the 3 of the large 30 balloons had a rip in it, which I didn’t find out until I got to the shop to have helium added. Had to spend another £8 buying a new balloon. A few of the smaller balloons were ripped or of poor quality. 1 star for the banner.

Would of given 5stars but it was all very fiddly so just make sure you have a bit of time to set up. Still a bargain

Loved the sign and the balloons were great, but the number 3 had a hole in so wouldn’t inflate. :( Had to celebrate being 0!
