Q: are these better for long faces or round faces?

IMO, better for longer faces, which I have, because the round lenses help offset the more squarish profile of a long thinner face.

Q: How do I take the lenses out easily without breaking them?

Under normal circumstances the frame is warmed and the lenses are popped out, then dunked in cold water to reshrink the frame. HOWEVER, I don’t think this frame is made of material that is used in frames that are glazed. ***I worked as a dispensing optician and in an optical lab for almost 15 yrs ****
