Why does this have graphite, opium, aluminum oxide, and other ingredients that will kill a cat?

This is a homeopathic formulation. Homeopathic remedies use various plants and mineral ingredients but as these are not herbal formulas and the plants  are not given directly, the way that the remedy is made makes it quite safe for cats. Homeopathic remedies take a very small amount of the plant, then dilute it over and over again until only the essence of the original plant remains. In the end, the amount of the actual plant substance that remains is equivalent to a drop in a swimming pool.  The energy of the substance is enough to trigger your pet's body to heal, but no part of the actual plant remains, and as such does not cause any harm. Graphite for example is used for hard stools as it helps to improve bowel movement and also reduces pain from pushing or tears. Opium is used for easing the passing of the stool that is in the form of hard balls. Aluminum oxide also helps in relieving chronic constipation.  These formulas have been used effectively for over 200 years because of the special way that they are prepared, which make them both safe and effective.

Composition : Alumina D5, Bryonia D5, Colocynthis D6, Graphite D10, Hydrastis D3, Lycopodium D4, Magnesia Muriatica D12, Nux Vomica D5, Opium D30, Plumbum D7.

This product label fails to provide the  quantity, how HOW MANY ? No where on the bottle provides QUANTITY. OMITTED amount of pills, unknow can't buy

There are 450 pills in the bottle. It says so on the back side of the bottle, which is never shown in the listing. It is a huge supply. My cat is on a maintenance dose now of 1 pill a day, as suggested in an email with BestLife4Pets. It worked fast and very well for her at the starter dose of 2 pills twice a day. I crushed the pills in a bowl and added a pack of Delectables gravy for cats. (There are many types and brands sold on Amazon.) She didn't detect any taste of the pills and thought she was just getting an extra treat for being a sweetie.
