Broke after 5 months of use.
This item broke after only 5 months of use. The mobility of the head was not smooth. I did like how the product worked when the head was in contact with the floor, but flipping sides and going from the narrow to wide wasn't always smooth. I would love it if this item had a guarantee. When I tried to find a way to ask the seller if it has one, Amazon wasn't able to find them.

Easy to use and fairly light weight.
It takes awhile to not drip all over so use large sink or tub. I got for quick clean ups but use it a lot. Much more than my heavy steamer mop and so glad I saw it on FB. I also use for top windows we can't reach and don't want to risk a fall off a ladder. Practice opening and closing over bathtub or outside until you get it figured out. There are how to videos on using it too.

It took 2 months to get it to our house. It’s made out of light weight plastic and the handle is week. The flip down is good but the flip up you have to do by hand, not a fan. Also the instructions are in a Chinese, I hope I am using it right

It’s tricky to use & mop entirely to wide (Long)
It’s tricky to use & mop head is entirely to long for normal house cleaning. Hard to maneuver & get around big furniture at this size. I have big floors & it’s still too long. Wish it had a scrubber edge for tough spots. It does wring out well & dries quickly.

This mop is nothing like what I expected
This mop is nothing like what I expected. It is made of very thin aluminum and not sturdy at all. When trying to mop the handle rocks back and forth at the joint and tightening as much as possible it is still loose. Extremely over priced. I could have gotten better quality at the dollar store.

Terrible
Not as shown, made very cheaply! The mop head wouldn’t even flip like it was showing in the video and I had an extremely hard time getting the mop head to slide back up inside the handle. Horrible!!!

Flimsy
really feels flimsy and not at all wonderful to use. Didn't work any better than my swiffer. Didn't help that there are no english instructions.
