not happy with discription on box said soup cup. to be given as gift to my nine year old niece hope its what she was expecting

doesn't live up to what it's suppose to do :0( soup went cold after 2 hours and was uneatable :0( want to return it but I got rid of the box, my bad :0(

Rubbish don't bother
Doesn't keep food warm at all it was cold after 3 hours. It doesn't leak but thats the only positive it has.

Disappointing
I do a lot of driving for work, so bought this to have a hot soup on winter days. Very disappointing- Doesn’t keep soup hot at all. Now only use it for breakfast cereal just so I get some use out of it.
