I've had this lamp a few weeks now so thought it about time I wrote about it.Firstly it arrived well protected with everything intact. Very easy to use – simply place it where you want and switch it on. That's it – couldn't be easier.It gives a beautiful warm light, not bright enough to read by, but it makes our living room look so warm and cosy; we love it. It's usually switched on late afternoon, and kept on for at least seven hours every night, by which time it's slightly warm to the touch. The bulb has a threaded screw, about the size of a refrigerator bulb; we had to change ours last week and that's what we put in.These salt lamps are, apparently, beneficial to one's health, giving off positive ions into the air. All I can say is that we have noticed a slight reduction in my husband's dry cough – coincidence? I don't know, but we like the appearance of it anyway.

Looks so lovely. Was worried it would look cheap because of the price but it does not! Very very happy with it. Only thing is that my bulb blew as soon as I put it in - I changed it immediately along with the fuse and it now works perfectly fine. Please don’t let that put you off buying it because it’s so simple to fix and the bulbs cost £1 for two from my local poundstretcher so I stocked up just incase. I had a read around online and in the instructions booklet and it is normal for the bulb to blow the fuse at first or when you haven’t used it for a while so it’s definitely not to do with the product being faulty. Highly recommend it, the light it gives off makes the room feel very relaxing and cosy and it looks beautiful even when it is not turned on.

Ordered this to arrive same day and it did! So happy with quick service, although when it arrived the bulb was broken so maybe the quick service means they bowl it over arm instead of underarm? Purchased new bulbs from Wilko (yes I walked to a store, didn’t want broken replacement bulbs) and the lamp is good as new! Overall it looks great , was a good price, and arrived swiftly!

When the lamp arrived,it was very rough fully packed,I went to plug it in & notced one of the pins on the plug was bent.Then I noticed there was another name & address label under mine,so it looks like it had been returned,but not checked & sent out to me.My Husband managed to straighten the pin on the plug & it works fine.I was very disappointed at the packaging.But really like it,now we have it sorted.Very cosy.

I ordered two of these lamps, and I’m loving them. They give a room such a lovely warm feeling. I have one in my bedroom and have been sleeping like a baby.One of the lamps arrived broken, but returning it and getting my money back was so quick and easy, I’m really impressed with the company. My replacement works perfectly fine too, so I’m more than happy with the service overall.

The are lovely lamps, ive purchase two of them, one just got some salt crumbles off a bit from bottom but otherwise ok. I have to replace bulb after a day of switching lamp on, but I bought dimmable switch for them and that actually sorted. Ive got lamps on on the little lower light and no bursts so far.
