Well to do the math on it, these gells fuel me for about 30mins for 1 gel. Assuming a 90 min match you would need an average of 3 per match. Theres 20 in a box so I guess it depends on how many games you play per season. Bulkpowders do a drink called "hydration drink" which has bcaa, 3 different sugars and all electrolytes inside of a powder. 2.5kg bag is about £40, or if you wait till they put offers on you will get a for about £25. To put that into perspective, I'm an ultra runner and a gym goer and use this bag plus gells and it lasts me about 2 months, that's training 5 to 6 days a week.
