Works perfectly
Purchased to replace a faulty fan in our bathroom. Works perfectly.

Ideal for bathrooms
You have to use 12V systems near water, and this has run faultlessly from day one. Remember that the timer needs to be set to 20mins to make a difference. A little noisier than 240v ones of a similar price, but still pretty quiet.

Excellent choice, good value for money.
This unit is unbelievable as it was such low cost I fear it would be low quality. I was very wrong, it an excellent choice. I installed two months ago and it has matched or even out performed the original installed unit. It is a good choice, I only wish it had the humidity sense as well but , it works just fine on the timer.

Be careful with the rear springs.
I found the fan ok but the rear vent springs are very flimsy.
