about 1" in dia. did mot like these thing buy some thing bigger you will be a lot happier.

Q: How do they stay on if there is no adhesive on them?

They have some adhesive but it doesn’t work very well and won’t stay on there stand alone. I still put a Band-Aid or medical tape around them to hold them in place. They do the job though. First thing that’s worked on my dry fingertips.

Q: Can i keep these in the refrigerator?

Q: Can these be placed on ears? And do they stick on and stay?

not sure why you would put on your ears..... but yes they stick you may want to cover with a bandaid, however ..... they are great for blisters from new shoes..
