Love it. The small pump does not pump it all the way up so I found my larger pump and it worked great. I don't know how many times I have wanted to knock out my computer but remembered would have to replace so this lets me take out my frustration. Yay

I love this punching ball. It attaches easily and securely and is easy to take off the surface. You have to watch that the ball does not unscrew from the spring, but otherwise it is a great stress reliever.

Disappointed the soccer part does not inflate and only interior bag. Bag is not firm and does not want to work well.
