It works however this is not for everyone. It will depend on your injury.
I love this stuff. I have used it on and off for about 12 months I think. I am over 60 and go to the gym regularly thinking I am still 30 years old. I did some serious damage to my shoulder a few month ago and used this gel to allow me to move my shoulder and it worked. Also the price has dropped dramatically since it first came on the market. Originally £35.NOTE - This is not for everyone. It will depend on your injury.Designed for painful joints, it lubricates the area if you follow the instructions correctly. You need to put an amount on your finger and spread a thin layer around the joint. It mustn't be rubbed in as you would do with a pain relief gel.The gel then dissolves into the skin over a period of about 15 to 20 mins and lubricates the joint area. After 2 or 3 applications you should have pain free movement. I have used this product on and off for 12 months and it has always helped. Unfortunately the latest injury was a torn ligament which required physio as well. The gel is not designed to mend or heal torn or stretched ligaments / tendons. Its to lubricate the joint to allow ease of movement. Its like a cortisone injection without the painful injection. The main thing to think about is, although it wont work fro everyone, is it worth a punt at about £8 a tube to get some relieve? The choice is yours.

Yes, it relieves the stiffness
I do believe this does actually help. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and had tried many things - prescription painkillers and prescription gels, but nothing seemed to really help. I heard about this from someone who had used it and decided to try it. First time I bought the one specifically for arthritis but it's twice the price of the sport one so the next time I bought it I got the sport. I wasn't sure at first but I thought I felt a little less stiff, but sometimes you wonder if it's just your mind trying to convince you! I stopped using it halfway through the second tube as i wasn't convinced it was doing anything dramatic but recently my knees have been really stiff if I've been sitting for any length of time. Getting up to get off the train, or standing up at work to speak to a customer, it was embarassing having to stretch each knee out very gingerly to full extension before I could stand up. Decided to give the flexiseq a go again with the remains of the tube and hey presto, the stiffness has eased off dramatically again. Not the overall arthritis pain, but the stiffness so yes, I do think it works. If this comes out on prescription it will be absolutely fantastic as it's so awfully expensive.

A good product
My Osteopath recommended this gel for my knee problems. I've only just started on the second tube, but I can feel an improvement (along with acupuncture) in both knees. A worthwhile investment I think.Ray HThis is the second twin pack I have purchased to use on my knees. I am very impressed with this gel treatment.Ray H

Worth trying
Well for years I have had knee probs,. in the past I have used the normal Flexseq which as help me , however I gave this a try and it works better for me , two points to keep in mind , this will help you up to a point but you need to keep using it , it not just a buy one or two and all will be repair for good [ so please check the price first ], and second it is not a drug so it is safe to use with other items from your Doctor for all types of Osteoarthritis .

It seem s to work on my knee,(less clicking) but does not work on my fingers. It also leaves a slimy residue especially after working out when I am hot and sweaty. And that is 12 hours after application. Probably will not buy again

I highly recommend this product its so much better than any product ...
The only product I've found that works, I lift weights regular and often have bruised knees and shins, I also have been very active during work grafting a lot. My knees would often get stiff, sore and even click, I've used 2 tubes so far and honestly hand on heart this stuff works, it brings swelling down fast within a day I notice the difference and after a couple of months the clicking is minimal. I highly recommend this product its so much better than any product I've tried, drug free or not. Do not delay if you suffer from joint problems or even aches from working out this will help you.

A 'rash' purchase?
Supposedly 'inert' but my skin reacted badly to it. Myriad small and itchy blisters after less than a week of use. Took almost a month for the 'rashes' to go> Second tube went in the bin!

Have used two tubes now and find it really does ...
Have used two tubes now and find it really does work, my husband also uses it and he says works to help ease pain caused by arthritis. I have told several people who all use it now and they all say it eases their pain. It is expensive and not available on prescription but it’s well worth the money. If you suffer constant pain you will know what I mean.
