I am 46 and I started having pretty gnarly perimenopause symptoms at 45. I found another great herbal formula that took away my symptoms but never raised my estrogen. After a period of time, I was having terrible breakthrough neck and shoulder tension and from that, tension headaches. The rest of my symptoms were still kept at bay for the most part, but I knew that because my estrogen was dipping to very low levels, the headaches muscle tension would continue to be a problem every time my estrogen was low. I bought this out of desperation because I really needed something to raise my estrogen a bit but not necessarily as much as HRT. I'm taking this in conjunction with Ancestral Supplements FEM, but I only take one of those pills and I started this first. I have been on this for 10 days and every symptom has improved. I could cry. Having that kind of neck and shoulder tension and resulting headaches makes every day really hard. Because I have been on this supplement consistently, I chalk it up to this product actually raising my estrogen levels. I'm so, SO grateful!!!!! I'll continue to update. I may try to cycle it off and on so my body doesn't get too used to it, but I feel calm, happy, balanced, my sleep has improved, my headaches are mostly gone. What more can I ask for? I started taking this about 6 months ago when I was told my menopausal hormones were all over the place. Three weeks on, one week off and I've lost 40 pounds. I don't know why it worked, but I feel great and I'm sold.

I’ve seen multiple reviews about this product commenting on how awful the after taste of this products was, and it almost influenced me not to purchase it. When it comes to textures and flavors, I’m fairly if not very picky, so usually I tend to avoid certain things like this when it comes down to the flavor.But from what I experienced, the flavor tastes almost verbatim to psyllium husks. It’s strong but not displeasing, and it does leave an after taste that lingers for around 1 minute. I find taking it with an electrolyte drink or coffee washes out the after taste, and is easy to swallow.Overall, the flavor is something minor for a good product

This works pretty well for me - at least reduces the severity of hot flashes.

This WAS outstanding until they switched to these bigger pills and took "ERr 731" off the label. I'm guessing the formula sold here has changed. I'm about to find out because I found the same brand with the former label through another site. Skipped my subscription to give this other one a chance & will update.

Excellent product, it gets rid of the hot flashes and gives a lot of energy.

With a product coming from a company called Life Extension- I never thought I needed to look at the ingredients to see if there were things in it that your body is incapable of processing. Maltodextrin is awful (look it up). So I buy something thinking I am doing good for myself only to find I am putting something terrible in my body. Do better than this. I threw away the entire container as I was waiting to see my doctor before taking it.
