You save a lot of money because you make good coffee at home.
The media could not be loaded. When I bought it, it didn't come with an accessory, but the support team was very kind and sent it to me.I've been using this wonderful coffee machine for over a year now. After searching and comparing, I couldn't have made a better choice. At first, you'll be drinking a lot of coffee, adjusting the grinding time to get it just right 😅😅, and you might lose the adjustment if you hold the head on the filter holder for several seconds, but you'll get the hang of it. Hahaha. In all this time, it hasn't had a single problem, and I clean and descale it as needed. This is my favorite place... and Casabrews is highly recommended; an excellent machine of very good quality.

Missing key parts--unable to even try it--returning ASAP.
Update! Casabrews support got back to me and went out of their way to make it right!! i got a call from a service rep here in the usa who was super helpful and kind and apologetic--she explained i probably got a testing unit... they are shipping the correction over. All is well now and a positive vote for Casabrewsoriginal review: At first i thought i was just slow to learn how to put it together, Took me a long while to figure out what was wrong, the whole base for the tray (or i guess the tray itself) is missing , it's just black plastic area, nowhere to set your coffee mug, there is no grinder and tamper and it's missing various plastic pieces. i included a photo of the advertised product with red arrows on missing pieces. it's a large waste of my time and also a bulky product to have to take back for return. Either way glad to have prime for such an expensive purchase.

A single chamber heater is the same with other higher priced machines with an Italian pump.
Works well, i use this for morning Americano's most days as i dont need 5 vanilla latte's a day. The fronther works well as well. The only negative is the grinder. I does work well and provides a good fill in the porta-filler after some trial and error. The negative is the bean bin doesn't always funnel the beans to the hopper.

Total Disappointment
Ordered this espresso machine to replace my Breville Espresso machine which had quit after 7 years of daily use. This one looked good online, but in reality it has serious faults. The Grind Bracket is a flimsy plastic that makes it almost impossible to seat the Filter Holder when grinding the coffee which usually causes a mess and makes it difficult to get a precise amount of grounds. Locking the Portafilter to the Brew Head takes real strength, while gripping the machine to keep it from moving. (My wife can't do it.}. There also aren't storage places for the many accessories. BUT THE WORST THING IS THAT YOU CAN'T GET A CONSISTENT BREW PRESSURE OR LENGTH OF EXTRACTION. The Casa Brews delivery box was also flimsy and broken at delivery. After two weeks of trying to get the machine to work right, I have returned the Casa Brew to Amazon and am buying a new Breville Espresso Machine.

Worth the money
I'm a bit of a latte addict., I was spending a lot of money at dunkin. One of m friends had a breville machine, she showed my how easy it was to make a latte at home. When I started researching machines breville was even more pricey than this machine. I took a chance and went with this one because its $300 cheaper. I do think the breville machine is nicer overall but for the price, this machine works great once you figure out the bugs. The directions suck, and the video sorta helps but they miss a few steps. On the machine is says to preheat to warm the machine up, the video never mentions that. So that had me stumped for a little bit because the frother has a preheat mode. I kept preheating the frother, which then backed it self up and was blowing steam out the bottom. So beware of that. No idea why that happened, i don't use the frother because I don't want to blow the machine up.I prob did 25 or so test runs the first day i got it,trying to figure out how fine to grind the beans to get the machine in the espresso range. I personally just stick with 8. I played with it a bunch, 8 is what they recommend it seams to work the best. The tamping was another curve ball. You don't need to overtamp, if you do It'll peg the machine way past the espresso pressure. So I do 8 on the grind and a very light tamp and I'm typically on the high end of the espresso pressure bar. Also, they sell the syrups at Marshalls. I paid $7 for the big bottle of the caramel syrup compared to $7 for the mini bottle at target. All in all, I literally love having this machine in my house. This machine will pay for itself in no time.
