did not work in my old Mercedes as an adapter
The service was great but the item did not work - I was trying to use it as an adapter in my old Mercedes so I could charge my phone. But it would not light up. So disappointed. To top it off the date for acceptable return was the day it arrived and I did not try it until the next day so I missed the return window. I think that was a bit shoddy. So that is the reason for the one star. Sad face

An odd product for connecting an extremely old-school iPhone to your modern day computer or charging adapter/hub, but it works very well and has been reliable in the months since I received it. I expect this cable to stay in good shape for a while.
