Unfortunately, it tastes terrible, so look for it in capsule form, or, buy empty capsules and fill them yourself (taking care not to overdose).

UPDATE: I ordered a second bag of this benfotiamine. It expires in several months and most of it is in one rock-solid lump :( So disappointed!This stuff is awesome! I have so much more energy now. B1 (thiamine) is so essential. Look up Elliot Overton, Chandler Marrs PhD, and Dr. Longsdale. This powder specifically is a significantly better price than other benfo powders on Amazon. Came back to buy another bag! Highly recommend.
