I ordered this wired earphone a few days ago. Initially, it was working fine, but within a short time, the sound started cutting off. Sometimes the audio comes, and sometimes it doesn’t — especially when I move the wire a bit. Very disappointing experience. It’s under 1-year warranty, so I would like to request an exchange.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Worst product ever. The c port won't connect and is faulty. I am trying for last 3 days for getting a warranty replacement. Too complex procedures and technical errors from jbls part. They had no service centre near my location. So they asked me to upload a video of me destroying it. But there system to take address is broken. So now I have a destroyed headset with no replacement.I have an update.. I waited in que in WhatsApp chat for sharing my address for 3 times. Wait time is atleast 4 hours after an agent is assigned they are leaving without any response. After 4 days still I am not able to replace the product.

Bought this in April, it didn't even last for 2 months. We are not heavy users of this headphone, but there was an issue with the right ear piece. Thought JBL was a good company and i specifically bought this thinking the flat cable would last long. Now, i'm thinking if it is an original JBL that was sold.
