The company did contact me after I gave a bad review and are sending me a replacement. It stops charging after a while (2 months after purchase) and when I try to contact the seller, the chat won't let me send anything to the seller.

I was pleased with my first several uses. But the blades become dull very quickly and then it is not nearly as effective.
