Awesome little tacker. It does lots of cable with ease. Would be nice to have a way to close with out unloading Staples.

This stapler is an extremely, poor functioning tool, to say the least. I purchased this item in preparation for recovering the carpeted bunks on my boat trailer. I dropped the boat in the lake Friday and was under the gun to complete the rebuild at the end of the weekend to retrieve the boat from the lake. After dismantling the trailer, it was time to start re-carpeting the bunks with this stapler.Very early, from the start, the frustration began while using this stapler. At the very minimum, for every five (5) times I pulled the trigger, the stapler properly delivered one (1) staple. There were times it would deliver 2 or 3 in a row properly, however more times than not, zero staple was delivered. Additionally, I experienced countless jams, broken staples and poorly, half way delivered staples.It wasn’t the material causing the problem, as I was stapling simple, very thin marine carpet into common 4 x 8 untreated wood. You say well, “you must have been using the wrong staples;” no, I used the staples provided with the staple gun. If it were not for the fact that I can obtain a refund from Amazon, I would have taken my sledge hammer to this stapler. DO NOT BUY.Finally, my 7 year old son busted his tail on the trailer with me all weekend and he wanted to comment on his frustration with the stapler as well. Please find his comments here:For example every time we did about 20 staples, I bet, only 5 of the staples came out. This stapler is trash. If I could I would put it down the garbage disposal. Because of how poorly it worked we thought of some funny ideas of what to name the stapler. The UniTracker Stapler should be renamed, the “Unitrasher”. Thank you.

It gets stuck alot and is very hard to use
