Wish I had bought these years ago!
After recovering from surgery on my right knee, my surgeon diagnosed me as having a pronation of both feet. He said this was probably contributing to the pain I was experiencing on the inside of both knees and to try an "over-the-counter" orthotic rather than a $300 custom. It took only two days of wearing these for the pain to virtually disappear. Had I started using these years ago, I might have avoided the surgery and many years of minor, sometimes even major knee discomfort.

Use multiple times first for wonderful results!
Immediately as I put this on, I felt my feet were well supported. The arch support was apparent, not rock hard and not too soft, while feeling comfortable. However my feet still hurt from work at the end of the day as usual so I thought these were ineffective. However after several of these insoles, the pain went away and my feet don't feel nearly as tired as they used to when I didn't wear these insoles! Now I can walk all day long without feeling foot fatigue. You just have to keep using them a few times! They are quite big. I wear size ten women's and had to squeeze them in but I did not have to cut them. You will definitely have to trim them if you have smaller feet. They add a bit of height so my sneakers fit firmer but were not tight.

I really liked them because they aren't too squishy.
I go through a lot of insoles in my sneakers when I work out and my combat boots when I'm not working out. I have tried all of the different kinds of insoles they come up with, and my problem with gels and memory foams are they retain their shape too easily. They are very soft, so if I wear them for a day, my feet are already sinking through them and to the floor. They're TOO squishy. I don't like memory foam because I don't want my insoles to keep their shape when wearing them; I want them to bounce back and provide comfort instead.I purchased these Hyperspace sports insoles to try them out, and found them to be very comfortable. I can feel the material beneath my heels and toes, but I don't sink down into them. They're very resistant, but give just enough that they provide some shock absorption. The base of the foot around the heel and up the arch is made of hard-but-flexible plastic, so it provides good support.Overall, I am very satisfied with the comfort and wear of my new insoles and highly recommend them. 5/5 stars

Great Arch Support
4.5 stars. Nice/high arch support for my almost flat feet. Very good cushion everywhere else. I use them in my athletic shoes to dampen the impacts. My feet would hurt after a few hours of practice previously, but now there is almost no pain afterwards.I highly recommend these insoles, and will purchase more for myself.

Relief at long last.
Everyone's foot is different so don't expect one shoe or insole to be the answer to everyone, but at least in my case I have a very low Arch and my feet get very achy after standing or walking for a while, these insoles feel amazing on my feet. Be advised that you will likely need to remove the existing insoles already in your shoes in order to fit these in, unless you have a low volume foot. Also if you are overweight this may compound or aggravate any foot problems you may have and insoles alone won't solve your problems.

Feet likes it
I bought a pair of more expensive heels to put in my shoes from another company. I took photos of it next to this one. These are 1/3 the price. And both are way cheaper than the $300 orthotic from my podiatrist. But between the lower priced pair, this one seems almost equivalent. The other one has a shell that is much harder. It takes a few weeks to get used to it because of the hardness. This one is soft except for the heel area where it is harder mold plastic.I have flat feet so anything is better than nothing. So far it's comfortable. I don't know how long this one will last. It's been 6 months since I used the other one. I have a bunch of shoes so I just wanted to buy some extras without having to swap them in and out which gets annoying.

Just like Fleet Feet
Spent $50 on Fleet Feet Pink for Arch Support and was looking for an affordable & comparable substitute. This seems to fit the bill. Not flimsy seems substantial, rigid support that won't break down. Fits Brooks Ghost shoes well, with just a little trim. I love the fact that I can have all my shoes ready to go with these affordable and quality inserts.

Got to replace my old insoles
I had some expensive but worn out insoles in one of my favorite pair of boots but the boots are getting older so I decided to try a cheaper set on insoles. I was shocked at how comfortable and how much support they provided. They actually felt better then the original ones I had in there. I couldn't be more happy with a purchase. They fit perfectly and I have had absolutely no problems what so ever with these. These are a great product that I would recommend to anyone.
