Cheap
First of all the product itself is on the bulkier side, but the worst part for me was that it came defective. As soon as I plugged it in, it turned on for a brief second then would turn back on. Had to return within hours after opening. Looks cheap, also the inside was really scratched up. What kind of product is this????

The only thing I don't like about it so far is the charging cables, it's not 2 separate cables to charge your phone.
I just received this Easycare Portable Multiuse UV Sterilizer Disinfector Smartphone Sanitizer about 40mins ago. It was well packaged and the product seems in new condition. The only thing I don't like about it so far is the charging cables, it's not 2 separate cables to charge your phone. One reviewer had posted a pic of 2 separate usb cables and I received 1 usb that has 2 cables connected to it. It just creates clutter and have to find a way to move it out the way so that the sterilizer can close. I probably won't be using the charging feature, which is a real disappointment especially for the cost. Hopefully the unit itself works properly.

I like this product
I like this product, I cannot attest to its sterilization because I do not actually test it out on a petri dish. I use this every night after coming home because honestly, NYC is kinda gross.... I do not know if it actually removes the germs but it does give me some peace of mind. I do not use the oil infuser feature so I cannot comment on that aspect. I put my phone (iPhone 6S Plus) in the box, close the lid and turn it on. 5 minutes, or so later it beeps to let you know that it is ready.
