Chock full of wisdom in a way that's relatable. Some of it I was aware of, some of it only faintly aware of, and a lot of it was entirely new which is great! Now if I can only get my kids to read it.

This was one of the best books I’ve ever read. After reading this I genuinely look at life and myself in such a different light than before. This book is written beautifully. I’ve never felt so understood and challenged at the same time to accept and reframe how I look at the world and my life. If you’re stuck in life, struggling mentally, or even just looking to improve yourself and your mindset this is something you should read. I got back into reading after 10 years and this was the first book I read and finished in so long. I really would read this again and got so sad when I finished it because I felt like every chapter was perfectly designed to come up as soon as I needed to read/hear it.
