Pleasantly surprised!!
I have an android head unit in my car that i really like it does everything i need and more but the one bad thing is that the internal amp is very weak and just didnt have the guts to power the Polk Audio speakers i had installed to a reasonable volume without major distortion. So i started looking for a small 4 channel amp to power my mids/highs. I eventually narrowed it down to this SCOSCHE or the ALPINE KTP-445U.I was on the fence about buying this amp or the Alpine unit because i couldnt find any info/reviews on this even though it claims more power. I had both in my cart and one day i noticed the SCOSCHE was on sale for about half of the price of the ALPINE unit so i figured what the hell ill give it a chance. So far ive had it installed for a few days and im EXTREMELY pleased with it, i used the RCA inputs and ran a 10ga power wire to the battery to make sure it gets the voltage it needs and its so small i was able to fit it behind the dash. it has PLENTY of power in fact i have the gain set at about half way and my speakers are screaming now even with the top out, i could barely hear them before. Installation was pretty easy... just standard power/ground/remote and speaker wires, i didnt use the crossover on the amp i used the EQ built into the head unit to adjust the sound where i wanted it. Overall id say it was awesome value for money and id HIGHLY recommend it to anyone wanting big sound from a small package. This would also be perfect for a boat/motorcycle/etc.. where space is an issue.

Great little amplifier for door speakers or boat speakers!
Great little amplifier.Got this to power the 4 Polk Audio speakers I installed in my car. I didn't want to purchase the Alpine or other brands for fear that I'd get it installed and wouldn't be what I was looking for. The price of this amp was just right for me to purchase and try out. I am very impressed by the amount of power this amp puts out and how much better my speakers sound over the stock amp built into my Kenwood deck. Plus the amp has HPF switch for speakers and gain adjustment.Installing was fairly easy and straight forward. Had a spot right behind the dash for it to fit. Initially I used the power for the radio to power the amp. Sound quality was not good initially and the amp would cut off if I turned the volume up too much. Ran a power wire straight from the battery to the amp and now everything works perfectly and sounds amazing!

So far so good...enough power for (4) 6 by 9 inch speakers.
Sounds pretty decent so far. Small enough to fit in glove box I actually have mine behind my head unit. I'm currently running 4 six by nines with this amp. The only problem so far is that the ground and power wire are very small.

Huge difference, well worth it.
Easy install in the glove compartment, did drill a big hole to run the wires. Hooked up to a cheap double din touchscreen, and kicker door speakers. Sounds infinitely better than without the amp. Not as small as it looks.

amp is not worth it. spend 15 dollars more and go with pioneer better
amp is not worth it. i install 3 of this amps the 1st one once it was install and power on went straight to protective move. i got a replacement every body deserve a second chance the 2nd did work for 2 weeks so i was happy and order another one 1 weeks later one was on protective mode and the 3rd new one was making a all lot of engine noise. i went back and install my old kenwood and no noise . so i just return them and got my self the mini pioneer. which was the replacement for my kicker because of the space in my truck.. stay away from this company at least on this amps i know now they'r not worth it.

Alternator whine
I was never able to get rid of the alternator whine, even tried ground loop isolators.Nothing worked and the whine was really annoying.Ended up trashing it..

Great value and sensible to install
I put this amp in my Sprinter to drive 4 front speakers (4” 2-way and 6”x9” 4-way) and 2 rears (6”x9” 4-way). I was able to install it inside of the dash (levels set before dash put back together) and am very pleased with how well it drives my system. The built in crossovers are a nice feature but I have them turned off with inline bass blockers for the 4” dash speakers.

Nice small unit that fits behind the radio
I bought this amp so that my factory sub can work with an aftermarket stereo for my truck.Has more than enough power for the factory sub and you dont have to pull wires from the battery to power it which made installation so much easier

Very good sound. Amazing value!
So so so much better than the built in amp in my Kenwood head unit, but much less cost and effort than a full size class AB amp. If you're debating whether to run an amp for fronts and rears... Just get this.

Get the most out of your upgraded speakers!
A tiny amp that packs a punch! It won't win you any awards at stereo comps but it is perfect for getting the most out of an average pair of aftermarket door speakers whether you're running a stock or aftermarket head unit. It's small enough to tuck right under a single DIN head unit in a double DIN opening as long as your dash kit doesn't have a pocket (like the Scosche one does not on my 99 Odyssey) or you're able to delete it, yet gets plenty loud before distorting especially on my Infinity 6.5" coaxials which are 3 ohm and can squeeze a bit more power out of it.They give you plenty of wiring length so that it can be installed further in the dash if need be, some vehicles may need it to be placed off to the side either in the steering column area or behind the glovebox. Also included a pack of crimp butt connectors, a very welcome bonus that definitely helps to get it wired up. Installation is pretty straight forward if you're familiar with car stereos, but if not, I'd recommend going to a professional to get it done right and to get the most out of it.Some vehicles may have adequate wiring going to the factory radio to handle the current draw of the amp, such as Dodge with their two power lines fused at 20A. However in a car such as a Honda with much smaller gauge factory power wiring and only rated for 10A, it's highly recommended to run a dedicated power wire directly to the battery and grounding directly to the dash frame such as I did. Otherwise the amp will not perform as well (distorts at lower volumes due to the voltage drop as current draw increases) and you run the risk of overloading the factory circuit and blowing fuses which nobody likes to deal with. With two 10" subs in the back, a JVC head unit alone just didn't seem to be able to have enough power to drive the speakers to match them without distorting, this little guy fixed that problem and now the balance is just right. A 5 Star product for the price, but unfortunately I had to dock one because seller shipped me one that was clearly already opened. Though nothing seemed to be missing, and the amp so far functions just fine.

Great little amp.
Adding a 4 channel amp to door speakers should be your first move before a sub.

Bad quality
Overheat in 30 min and no sound. I got it returned for a refund.
